Lorenzo Garza brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the retail industry, having held key roles including Store Manager, General Manager, Senior Manager, and District Manager with several highly respected companies. Known for his results-driven approach and dedication to team development, Lorenzo has built a reputation for inspiring excellence and fostering high-performance cultures.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1995 and later completed an Executive MBA through the Quantic School of Business and Technology. His strong academic foundation supports his strategic and analytical leadership style.
Outside of his professional achievements, Lorenzo is an avid animal lover. He and his husband share their home with four beloved pets—each of whom made a special appearance in the most recent Diana Award Show program. A passionate home chef, Lorenzo enjoys exploring new recipes and culinary techniques. Whether in business or in the kitchen, he brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to excellence to everything he does.
