The Diana Foundation will welcome The Cowgays to Houston for the Nashville-based queer-country trio’s debut Houston performance at Miss Angela’s Country Brunch on Sunday, November 8, 2026, from noon to 4 p.m. at Lott Hall in Hermann Park.
Featuring acclaimed country artists Adam Mac, Brooke Eden and Chris Housman, The Cowgays deliver stacked harmonies, musicianship, theatricality and a bold, inclusive celebration of country music. Their first Houston performance will headline one of The Diana Foundation’s most historic and popular annual fundraising events.

More Than 60 Years of Country Fun and Community Impact
The Diana Foundation has hosted its annual country-themed fundraiser for more than 60 years, bringing generations of Houstonians together for live entertainment, food, cocktails, fellowship and philanthropy.
The 2026 Miss Angela’s Country Brunch will feature The Cowgays’ live performance, an open bar, a barbecue buffet, auctions, raffle baskets and several ticket experiences offering different seating and admission benefits.
Founded in Houston in 1953, The Diana Foundation is America’s oldest continuously active LGBTQ+ organization. The Dianas have raised more than $2.1 million for organizations and initiatives benefiting Houston and the LGBTQ+ community.
Supporting Montrose Grace Place
Proceeds from Miss Angela’s Country Brunch will help support Montrose Grace Place, a Houston nonprofit providing a safe, welcoming and affirming environment for young people ages 13 through 24 who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.
Montrose Grace Place serves young people of all sexualities and gender identities by providing nourishment, supportive relationships and hope for the future. Its programs offer family-style meals, clothing, toiletries, transportation assistance, mentorship and connections to housing, employment, healthcare, education and other essential resources.
Through its welcoming programs and community partnerships, Montrose Grace Place helps young people meet immediate needs while building relationships and accessing resources that can lead to greater safety, stability and independence.
Expanding Educational Opportunity Through Out for Education
Proceeds will also help support The Diana Foundation Endowed Scholarship Fund in partnership with Out for Education, creating a lasting source of educational assistance for future generations of LGBTQ+ students.
Out for Education is a Houston-based nonprofit dedicated to providing educational scholarships to LGBTQIA+ students. The organization supports students pursuing undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and trade-school education, helping reduce financial barriers that can prevent talented young people from achieving their academic and professional goals.
Since its scholarship program was established in 1999, Out for Education has awarded more than 400 scholarships totaling more than $2 million. Its work has helped hundreds of students pursue higher education while developing the next generation of LGBTQ+ professionals, advocates and community leaders.
The Diana Foundation Endowed Scholarship Fund strengthens this mission by creating a permanent source of scholarship funding. Contributions are invested to generate ongoing financial support for students year after year, ensuring that future generations can continue benefiting from expanded access to education.
